Can multiple computers be running SM at the same time with different strategies (to improve performance) and which ever one finds an equity to get into would place the order first while the other computers would try to place and order and the funds would already be used by the first computer?
Also what happens if I'm using 100% equity in a strategy, which I understand is not necessarily recommended, and I do a manual trade while the SM is analyzing a strategy and after I'm done with the manual trade, SM executes a trade itself. Would it notice that the balance in the account is different???

To improve performance of
what? Before firing a binary answer, I'd like to find out what is needed to be improved and why do you think so.

There's a good chance that this trade will be skipped. Additionally, using % Equity (not just 100, any) is not recommended. Please refer to the User Guide > Strategy Monitor >
Operational difference between the Strategy Monitor and Backtester.

No. Moreover, the SM does not have the concept of account balance.

Thanks for the info. I retract the question about multiple computers since multi-treading is being used in SM.

Right, SM's Strategy execution model is multi-threaded.
