Hi
I just have 40 coins, daily data, for the last 3 years, from the inbuilt Cryptocurrency data provider. I am testing a simple EMA crossover. As simple as can be. The strategy keeps freezing WL and I have to force close it.

I have 16MB RAM, 8 core Ryzen 9 (new Asus gaming computer). Windows 10.

Any ideas please?

Hi Rod,

Even though all WL6 related development has ceased I'm sure that the WL6 Cryptocurrency provider remains fully operational on Daily data.

Ideas for your own troubleshooting:

1. First and foremost, disable as many performance visualizers as possible and then reopen the strategy. This is the likely source of freeze.
2. Try to create the code from scratch in a new window without copy/paste.
3. Make sure that other strategies (built-in, Rule-based) all work correctly on Crypto or other data.
4. Can you chart the cryptos without issues?
5. Reload your crypto data using the Data Tool, maybe it's faulty: https://wl6.wealth-lab.com/Extensions/Details/27

If various strategies or charting keep failing you may have to reset your AppData folder as suggested in crash troubleshooting advice below:

Keep a backup of Strategies, DataSets and data folders. Good luck in your troubleshooting!
