I just downloaded Neuro-Lab and am at Help's Quick Start. Step 1 says click on a network in the list in the Define Network view. I see no networks in this view. How do I open a sample network to try? Thanks.

There are 3 networks installed by default: Broad Markets, Patterns and RSI periods.
What do you see? Can you take a screenshot, upload it to any image hoster, and post the direct link here?

If you enable hidden file/folder visibility, and open this folder:
C:\Users\your Windows User Name\AppData\Roaming\WealthLabPro\1.0.0.0\Data\NeuroLab
Would you see some XML files there, or just NeuroLabConfig.txt?

Only NeuroLabConfig.txt. By the way, I'm using XP pro. Using Windows Explorer, I searched for "Patterns.*" and "Patterns.xml" without finding either.

If you would use XP Pro then the config file couldn't be found at that location (doesn't exist). In addition, the screenshot comes from a Vista machine.

I'm running WLP on two computers, one with Vista (originated last night's screenshot) and the other with XP Pro.
For the XP machine I use during the day, the location I looked in for the three XML files in C:\Documents and Settings\your Windows User Name\Application Data\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabPro\1.0.0.0\Data\NeuroLab. The config file is on both computers and the XML files are not on either.
I'll create a ticket. Thank you.

To anyone else who experiences this issue (empty list of preinstalled networks) or have deleted the files and want them back. This procedure should restore the networks:
1. Shut down WL6
2. Open up Explorer to navigate to the NeuroLab folder
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\your Windows User Name\Application Data\Fidelity Investments\WealthLabPro\1.0.0.0\Data\NeuroLab
Vista/7: C:\Users\your Windows User Name\AppData\Roaming\WealthLabPro\1.0.0.0\Data\NeuroLab
3. Remove the "NeuroLab" subfolder completely
4. Start WL6
