Neuro-Lab: where to find explanation?

I just played with neuro-lab for a while. The concept is totally new to me, and I still don't know how I can use it for trading. I would appreciate a link or an explanation on how I can use neuro-lab for trading and various terminology like epoch.

In the Help menu of Neuro-Lab, you'll find its (searchable) User Guide where the epoch term is defined (in particular).
