No Chart update while live streaming - but strategy executes

What do you make of this attachment? If I stop streaming and then restream it updates.

Since WL6 isn't supported anyway, there's really not much to make of this attachment.

Still, the secretive chart creates an impression that the bars created by the undisclosed static provider are being "manipulated" by strategy code rather than there's no chart update by the unknown streaming provider.
