Hi!

While using OpenInsider for getting the insider information for my trading strategy, I figure out that the extra field of

QUOTE:

A Amended filing (a previous filing had an error)
D Derivative transaction exists (usually option exercise)
E Error filing (OpenInsider detected an error in the filing)
M Multiple insider transactions summarized; earliest reported transaction date and weighted average transaction price


will be useful while identifying if these insider trades are option related, amended, or have errors.

Is it possible that these fields being added to the OpenInsider Extension?

Hi Alex,

Thank you for this suggestion. Indeed this bit may be useful and appears unique. It will be added in the upcoming provider release 2016.06 (early June) as an additional field called remark.
