Hello. I've noticed recently that there are chunks of Fidelity index data (.IXIC, .DJI) that don't have any volume information. I was curious if anyone else has seen this, or what, if anything, I can do? Thanks.

Hello,
You can reload the symbol's data and if that doesn't help, contact your Fidelity rep.

For what it's worth, I think it may have something to do with the version of the software. With the latest version, it seems to load the index volume data fine. For version 6.9.12, the index volume seems to disappear (I've deleted and re-loaded it several times). Unfortunately I can only trade with version 6.9.12 since using any version beyond that results in the "stuck submitted" problem (which I've complained to Fidelity about multiple times). But anyway...

Interesting find. Added it to the topic title.

I'm using 6.9.16 and don´t have the same observation. It doesn't seem likely that this has anything to do with the versioning anyway.
Please attach one of your charts. Thanks.

Version 6.9.16 seems to be ok - it's 6.9.12 where I have the issue. I have attached a screenshot showing where the volume is zero, then appears again. Thanks.

This PDF suffers from poor visibility due to scaling issues. Please don't use PDFs for posting screenshots and/or error messages, it's a suboptimal format for troubleshooting.
Guidelines:
1. If it's a modal Windows error dialog, strike Ctrl-C to copy the underlying error message and Ctrl-V to paste it when replying (a standard Windows shortcut).
2. Attach text as text (TXT) and images as images (PNG preferred). MS Paint (comes with every Windows for decades) will do it.
Simply put, please open Paint and paste your screen capture there to get a nicely looking PNG image. Thanks.

Ok, got it. Sorry for the trouble. In the meantime, however, I thought I would try 6.9.16 submitting trades again since it has been about a month since I last tried. So far it appears to be working, so maybe Fidelity changed something? Anyway, if that's the case, the above will be a moot point. But if I have to revert back I will post another screen shot. Thanks.
