Hi there,
I am running a 1-minute based algorithm and have no trouble streaming data from IQFeed to 5-6 strategy windows. But when I turn on Paper Account orders, after about 10 minutes the application freezes.
It does not crash or close. No spinning wheel of death. It just hangs with a frozen screen. I cannot click anything but I can see the WLP screen.
I thought it was perhaps my computer (16GB, i7 quad core), so I set up a Windows server on AWS with 64GB RAM, 8-cores, 5Gbit network etc. I installed WLP and sadly am experiencing the same problem.
So I am hoping for guidance on what this might be. If no suggestions, I would be like to set up or find logs related to the application itself (as opposed to strategy errors, data feeds, etc). Windows Event viewer just tells me is that it is hanging.
Thanks for reading and for any help!
Jon

I realize I probably should have posted a support ticket, so I will do that.

As promised, here's update:
Currently, there are bugs in Paper Trading feature. The most prominent is "Configure Paper Accts" disappearing after login. Another one is Paper Accounts missing after login. Some customers also reported crashes when Auto Paper Trading. We believe that 6.9.23 fixes these issues. For our international users of Wealth-Lab Developer, build 6.9.23 is already available for download. Sorry but Wealth-Lab Pro users will have to wait until Fidelity greenlights it.
