Is it possible to sort the intraday alerts posted in the Alerts pane of a Quotes window using a 24-hour clock (military time)? Using a 12-hour clock results in alerts being posted out of sequence as the trading day progresses.

Is that statement accurate? New Alerts are added to the end of the list when triggered. Is it possible that you're changing the chronology by [string] sorting the column?
Anyway, if you change your system settings to a 24-hour, that may give you the result you want. You should probably delete (or rename) WealthLabConfig.txt in the user ..\1.0.0.0\Data directory if you do that.
