Strategies in SM keep running when disabled or cancelled sending through live orders

This is a doozy. From what I understand SM runs each script in its own thread. Well sometimes when I disable a strategy in SM live orders continue to be generated. You can close down the SM and they still continue going through. Even if you disable alerts and remove the strategy from the list orders continue to be generated. As you can imagine this is a big problem. You basically have to turn off live trading or shut down WLP.

I wonder what making WealthLabConfig.txt read-only may have to do with this.
