Subscribers and Payment

Couple of questions that I couldn't find answers to:

1) Where do you find out how many subscribers there are to a strategy?
2) As an author, how and when do you get paid?

Is there a info page out there that I missed?

1) At the bottom of a strategy's Details page, there's a block called "Subscribers".
2) Explained in the Policy: WealthSignals Legal Disclosures and Policies > "Trading System Authors (a.k.a. Developers or Vendors)"
