I could not reinstall WealthLab Dev after a clean install of Windows.

I turned in a support ticket on Saturday 8-8-20. Sunday Morning there was a response and the problem had been fixed.

This level of service goes far, far beyond the call of duty!

When I started with Wealth-Lab back in 2015, part of the reason I picked that platform was because it had an active online support forum. (Other reasons included a somewhat open software development environment, but that's another issue.) The support forum itself adds value to the product. For a framework (And yes, as a computer professional, I see Wealth-Lab more as a development framework than a simulation language.), that kind of support is critical to the success of the product. Good, professional software products have such a forum.

The forum also encourages third-party development, so there's a great deal of opportunity to customize the simulation environment to your specific needs if you can program. Few competing products have this.

I just wanted to echo a big thank you to Eugene and Cone for all their work over the years. I tried Wealthlab first, tried others afterwards and keep coming back to good old Wealthlab. Thanks again for your support. It has made a large difference.
