I heard that there are "canned" stuff(codes) on WLP that we can cut and paste into Editor. Where are they? For example,many indicators, I hear are already coded, and saved in WLP so that we could cut and paste to use for our custom coding.

"Canned" are Strategies (and more are downloadable from the same Open Strategy dialog).
Indicators are "formal" i.e. in a binary form, editable from a C# IDE. However, you can install the Community indicator pack from the Extensions section of this site and use them in your code like any "canned" one. Almost any such indicator has an online help page at the Wiki, available by following the blue More Info link at the bottom of the Indicators list.
