I am new to WealthLab and my programming was 10 years ago in TradeStation. But I wanted to try to give this a go since my accounts are at Fidelity.

I noted this coding for 1 minute e-mini scalping:

"Scalper S&P Emini"

Is it possible to trade eMini contraacts throiugh Fidelity, and if so, can they be ttraded at al eMini open hours?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. if not, is it that WealthLab also runs with other clearing members than Fidelity, and if so, is there a list somewhere that I can consider opening an acccount there for off-hours trading?

Welcome to the site. The Strategies section hosts various uploaded strategies, and they don't have to be tradeable with Fidelity. In particular, it's not possible to trade EMini contracts with Fidelity as far as I know.

Following on from this - if Fidelity don't trade them, do they allow you to set up an auto-trade mechanism with another broker who does. I am from the UK and I don't have a Fidelity account at all, because I would rather trade with a broker in the UK (for shares generally, not eMini's) but I also want to auto-trade - what's the solution? I would be greatful for any replies.

Wealth-Lab Developer is a backtesting application. There's no autotrade solution currently.

From the help file (Orders Toolbar 1) -

The Order Manager supports both manual and automatic (Auto-Trading) modes of operation. This topic describes the process for login and for enabling/disabling the Auto-Trading.

Am I missing something? Does this not mean that the system can be programmed to send a buy/sell order to the broker on certain conditions?

See What's the difference between Wealth-Lab Developer and Wealth-Lab Pro Version 6?

That said, on every topic of the Orders chapter (for Wealth-Lab Developer) there's a link "Click for Important Note".

An order can still be sent to a broker but that would require developing a broker provider for smooth integration. Or if you can settle with less, your strategy code can pass on the details of a new trading Alert to an external application via a text file, DDE, an API method call... you name it.
