The extension manager is telling that there are new entension version, but when I try to update I get a message that says that it requires WL 6.1 or later.

I am running WL version 6.0.55.0 64-bits edition.

Is it there a WL update? Where can I download it?

Developer 6.1 is to be released tomorrow. Then you'll be able to update extensions. Currently it's possible to WLP 6.1 users only (who receive new versions earlier than Developer users). Sorry for the inconvenience.

Wait for a notification on the web site or WLD home page that an upgrade is ready, as usual. I'm not counting on tomorrow.

You will find it out in the User Guide and in the change logs on this site (Products section) when the new version is uploaded later today.

How do I update? Just download and reinstall from the Product/Download page?

Just download and execute, and your existing installation will be updated to 6.1.
