WLP 6.9.20.7: Missing Extension Manager in Tools menu

I could not find Extension manager under Tools menu after upgrading to the newest version, can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

I uninstalled the new version and installed the older one and got the extension manager again.

Interesting. Someone reported an issue with EM lately which may be related (extensions shown as "not installed") but in that case it was opening normally. Unfortunately, reverting WLP to the older build doesn't give us a chance to find out the source of the problem. It may be some of the out-of-date extensions included with WLP 6.9.20 (ASCII, Yahoo, TASCIndicators, WL4Files) or maybe another one that you have installed from our website. Who knows now.
