For trade ticket, the user guide states:
Last, Bid, Ask (Quotes)
Tab off the Symbol field to update the snapshot quotes. Quotes are live when logged in
to Fidelity.
I'm logged into Fidelity, but not receiving live quotes; only snapshot quotes. How to enable live quotes?

The latest production build for WLPro is 6.9.22.7, and right, there's a problem with Bid/Ask in the Trade Ticket. The "Last" price is correct, but the bid/ask fields are pulling from the day's low/high range. Will be fixed in 6.9.23.
