I am running my strategies to see if I have signals from today's trading, but wealth lab ends the testing at 3/12. Today is 3/13 and it is well after close.
I use fidelity as the data provider. My end date is set for 1/1/2020. Any idea why the data for 3/13/2014 doesn't show up?
My internet connection is obviously working. My system is a daily system. I updated my data sets using the data manager and it says that all data is up to date. I have restarted my computer. I don't know what else to try.
thanks

Please report Fidelity data problems and order/login issues directly into Fidelity phone support. This is a third party site that supports Wealth-Lab products.
If it seems that the data is not available, then we have
two dozen of data providers to use for backup. The simplest option is to create a Yahoo! DataSet with your symbols and update it. The Y! provider is built in WLP.

My Fidelity data includes 3/13, downloaded 3/13/2014 10:03 p.m. (EDT), 4 hours ago now.
seannieboy71,
1. Can you open a chart for a symbol where you think data may be missing and check the date of the last bar. Simply hover over it.
2. Can you expand on your comment "wealth lab ends the testing at 3/12??

Although it doesn't explain why your data isn't updating at this hour, please keep in mind that Fidelity starts to apply corrections to EOD data around 4am, and the process lasts an hour or more. I do not recommened that Fidelity customers update EOD data before 5:30 or 6am so that all corrections are applied.
For an an example of why you don't want updates without corrections,

Thanks for the suggestions. The fidelity data for 3/13/14 was available this morning. But as suggested I have created Yahoo datasets and I have downloaded the Data Tool for truncating data sets.

At what time is Yahoo! data available/stable?

In my experience, Y! has not been ready for all stocks even at 9 pm ET. I think by midnight it's a safe bet. Make sure you turn off the dividend adjustments (Data Manager, Yahoo! Data tab) if you want the history to be similar to Fidelity and other non-dividend adjusted data.
