USER FEEDBACK AND IMPROPER TRANSMISSIONS

DELETION AND LOCKOUT

Wealth-Lab may, from time to time, offer through the site certain services or products that may be subject to their own specific terms and conditions. You are not permitted in any way to solicit to Wealth-Lab registered users to offer them competing services. Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, removal of your content from our server, and/or whatever steps necessary to insure the integrity of Wealth-Lab. No refunds or built-up earnings will be remitted if your account is suspended for violation related to these Terms of Use (see also Violation of Terms of Use above). You understand and acknowledge that Wealth-Lab does not automatically preview or review registered users´ content, however, we reserve the right to do so without warning. Furthermore, we may monitor and/or record activity on the Site, investigate any complaint or request as well as inform any applicable law enforcement officials of suspicious or illegal activity.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNIFICATION
