"Root element is missing" dialog blocks

I have seen this dialog a couple of times in the past.
QUOTE:
Root element is missing.
Unable to get Data on Demand for symbol: QLD
[OK]

The script stops updating until I close this dialog.
Is this expected?

I think it would be preferable rather not blocking the script while auto-trading.

According to this thread, it looks like a Fidelity data error.
