Which product are you using?

Edit: I see, Developer 5.1. Please note that WLD5 is not available to U.S. residents who should contact Fidelity Investments to obtain Wealth-Lab Pro 5 free of charge with a qualified brokerage account.

Nonetheless, currently we're limited to ASCII, MetaStock or WL4 static data but please stay tuned: more data providers to come in the future.
