Last spring you helped me resolve a problem wherein on one of my computers the W-L program wouldn't load. The program would load when I was logged in as a different UserName, but not when I was logged in as my primary UserName. You referred me to a Wiki link that had me delete a specific folder, then reinstall the program. That resolved the problem, and everything has worked fine since then.

I now am having the exact same problem with Fidelity's Active Trader Pro (v9.9). Fidelity's ATP support is unable to resolve this problem, just like Fidelity's W-L support was able to resolve the previous problem.

I realize that you guys have nothing to do with Active Trader Pro, but thought that since both are Fidelity programs, and since both have experienced the exact same problem on this particular computer, and since you guys did resolve the W-L problem, I thought I'd ask -- do you have any ideas to resolve this problem? I tried to replicate the same routine that resolved the W-L program loading problem, but that same file heirarchy doesn't seem to exist for ATP (at least not that I can find).

Thanks for thinking of us, but we really wouldn't know where to start with ATPro.
