Russia GST Tax Collection since January 1, 2017
Please note that since January 1, 2017, Russia tax law changes apply for non-resident sellers of electronic services or digitally downloadable products/services. In order to be compliant with these legal requirements, our payment vendor (SWREG / Digital River) will start to collect Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% for all sales to shoppers in Russia. This will apply to both your maintenance renewal or license purchases.
