Just started using WealthLab Pro on a MacAir using Parallells. Successfully downloaded I mimute stock histories through Fidelity. Can I access these files outside WealthLab and if Yes, where are they?

Accessing these files outside Wealth-Lab (i.e. in 3rd party applications) is not supported. These are binary files in a format whose details are not published.

Using WealthScript, you can export the data to any format you wish and access that.

Click on "Wealth-Lab Wiki" in the menu, and do a Quick Search for "export". Plenty of ready-to-go code, depending on the format you want.
