How active potions updated? How often or how close to real time?

Quoting the User Guide: "When the Streaming Updates button is selected during market hours, the Positions Value and Positions Profit/Loss fields are updated in real-time."

I saw what it said, but it appears to be slightly behind what I am seeing in ATP. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on what the actual delay may be. I understand connectivity latency along with other factors will effect this, but I am referring to seeing WLP updates being slightly behind ATP updates.
