AnnotateBar() for ChartPane other than PricePane

I am drawing a chart with two price panes (one for each stock). I have use AnnotateBar() for the PricePane, but I cannot find the equivalent method for the second-symbol-price-pane. Is there an alternative method or has someone written the code to provide the functionality?
