Any ASCII file size limitation?

Hey,

I want to create a new data set of ASCII file.
What can be the max size of this file? Is there any limitation?

Hi,

1. The maximum size of an ASCII file your system can handle is limited by the free RAM which, in its turn, depends on factors like memory load, RAM fragmentation etc.
2. Although it's a borderline case, beware of huge DataSets: Members of huge ASCII DataSet not shown
