Are WealthSignals Emails stuck today?

I ask because...

1. I didn't get the usual emails confirming my signals. (Today there happened to be no signals.)

2. Both of my strategy pages show the message, "Sending No Signals for the next market session report, please wait... "

Stuck again today. 4/21/2016

The author page says: "Publishing Signals, please wait..."
No email has arrived and it has been over 15 minutes since the signals were sent with a "Success" status from WealthSignals Publisher.

The other authors seem to have been successful sending signals or posting NST today. Investigating.
