Today, I called Fidelity to ask about using Wealth-Lab to do autotrading, which they advertise on their website, only to be told that they "stopped allowing that a while ago."
Is anyone still able to do it? Does Wealth-Lab work with any other brokers for autotrading? Thanks!

The
Fidelity website is correct. Eligible customers can autotrade with Wealth-Lab Pro at Fidelity. Call Fidelity Active Trader support to ask for the current eligibility requirements for an auto-trading entitlement.

Thanks, but as I said at the top, I spoke to them (Active Trader Support) and they said it no longer works. That's why I was hoping to hear from anyone who is still actually using it now.

Generally, it works, but there are
Open Issues. (Search for "Fidelity" on that page).
Also, there are some issues in the current release - 6.9.15 and 6.9.16 - that were introduced integrating with the new trade servers, some dealing with the Accounts tool and accessing information for multiple accounts. Customers have reported that some of the previous issues (like Stuck Submitted orders) were exacerbated in these 6.9.15/16 release, and they elected to downgrade to the previous 6.9 version to continue trading.
We understand that Fidelity plans to release fixes for trading bugs later this year. No ETA, but have faith!

Ok well this does change things.
I currently know of no other platform that allows for autotrading of options other than Wealth Lab Pro. If this is no longer allowed on live accounts, that that leaves me without any ability to autotrade options.

I autotrade through Fidelity, and post #5 above is spot on. It works generally, but the "stuck submitted" problem is a real headache, and often I have to revert to the older version to trade. Hopefully they will fix it someday.

I am unaware of the ability to trade anything except stocks at Fidelity with Wealth-Lab Pro. Has your experience been different? (I know you've been backtesting option strategies, but that's a different animal than live trading.)

Does anybody know how to have automated stop losses on either ATP or on Wealth-Lab? I use market orders only and don't have time to type in stop exits

As I mentioned, ATP is supported by Fidelity rather than on our website. In broad sense, check out the Orders chapter of the Wealth-Lab User Guide. If you need assistance with regard to setting up orders in your Wealth-Lab strategy, then please start a new forum thread and we'll take it from there. Thanks.
