Bars.MarketInfo.SpecialHours indicates a short day for 11/27/2013

Hi,

I noticed that Bars.MarketInfo.SpecialHours indicates a short day for today.

On one machine bars beyond 1PM EST were not delivered.

On another machine for the same strategy, bars after 1PM EST were delivered. On this machine WL was logged in and in streaming mode.
