Can US resident purchase Wealth-Lab license?

I have a Fidelity account and enjoy the ability to use WLab, but would like to purchase a license for myself. Is there a possibility that this can be arranged, or is the agreement with Fidelity completely restrictive for this option to happen?

Excellent. One more question: I stayed on WLD4 and (obviously) never moved to the C# based WealthScript. Is there a converter for WLD4 scripts?
