Can Visual Studio 2019 debug strategies?

I have previously used VS 2017 to debug strategies. However, since VS 2019 is now the latest version of VS can VS 2019 also be used the debug strategies?

I remember having debugged strategies in VS 2008 (and maybe even 2005 before), 2010, 2013, and 2017. What makes you think that VS 2019 can't get the job done?

No experience with VS 2019 yet. Just thought you might have stumbled onto some issue with it.
