Can I start WL in stream mode after hours (click on "stream" and then login) and then put the PC to sleep. Will WL wake up the PC the next morning when Bars are being updated? Probably not, just asking for the best way to make this happen. Thanks!

No it will not wake up the PC. Nonetheless it may be possible to do with the help of a 3rd party utility like this:
WakeupOnStandByP.S. Cone may correct me on this but it's optimal to log out of Fidelity and back again before next trading session.
