Can WLP trade options?

I don't see any option data in WLP. On the other hand, there is a forum that specifically designed for discussion of options trading. It seems to imply WLP can trade options.

It will be great if I can backtest strategies using options via WLP. Can this be done?

WLP cannot trade options at Fidelity, but sure, you can backtest ANYTHING you can get data for.
