Can not open program: Wealth-Lab is already running

Hi I can not open wealthlab. I put in my login and password but wealthlab does not open. When I press on the icon again on my desktop it says wealthlab is already running. but it does not open on my screen. Any ideas?

Wealth-Lab Pro, right?

Kill the WealthLabPro.exe process from the Windows Task Manager. This is the "Login Hangup" bug that we're trying to duplicate "in the lab", but are not having any luck. For the time being, if WLP doesn't show that it's logged in within 30 seconds of entering your credentials, you'll have to kill it and try again.

I tried what you suggested a few times with no success. Should i re-install the program?

If the problem is what I mentioned above (or next) it won't hurt or help to reinstall.

You should call Fidelity and have them check your entitlements to use Wealth-Lab Pro.
