Hi, I have a question that might be simple to answer. I am new to Wealth Lab and do not fully understand the SetScale functions fully.

My data source (Fidelity) provides data in 5-minute scale increments. When I plot MACD(12,26,9), the data is extremely volatile. Therefore I am trying to get MACD based on past daily closing values to reduce volatility (i.e. similar to what is plotted using Yahoo daily data for example).

I plan to use the value of MACD, Signal, Histogram, SMA(3-days), SMA(30-days), etc to make buy or sell calls.

When I try issuing a statement "SetScaleDaily;", I get an error: "Only assignment, call, increment, decrement, and new object expressions can be used as a statement".

I apologize in advance if this had been covered before; I searched but could not find the answer I was looking for. I would appreciate your help to guide a newbie in how to go about doing this. Thank you,
