ChartPane legend.. any way to set it?

I have a dataseries with a long complicated equation that hides the top of the range as it extend across the entire screen. Is there any way to shut it off or set it to something else?

First of all, that's DataSeries description, not a ChartPane legend (no such thing). QuickRef it for more: DataSeries.Description property.

Could it be you are looking for the DrawText/DrawLabel methods?
This is also explained well in the QuickRef.

Alternatively, click on "Show Indicator Labels on Chart" on the Function toolbar.
