I've started a Community.Rules project (click) to provide a way to incorporate new Strategy Builder Rules by Ticket Center request. Follow the instructions at the wiki link to request new rules and to download and install the additions.

To kick it off, the following rules are available:

Hi,
I cannot find the "community.rules.xml" attachment to download. It is not on the community rules page. Any support would be appreciated.

The download instructions were missing on the Community.Rules page. Thanks for the heads-up, now they exist.

Please create a support ticket and there we'll get your problem sorted.

Our Community Rules has been actively updated through these years. Just realized we weren't posting any news here.

In its latest revision (2015/03/22), added four new rules:

* Price/Volume Action > Price increases (decreases) a number of bars within period
* General Indicators > Indicator increases (decreases) a number of bars within period

1. If I understand this correctly it would only be selected if the value is exactly at the percentage. Would you be able to modify this or add an additional rule that has > or < (above/below) the x%.

2. I noticed that the histogram is not available for selection as the indicator. Can it be made available?

1. No, it acts as >= (above) or <= (below). So if RSI has jumped from 20 to 50 and the percent was set at 5%, the condition will be triggered.

Obviously you can not. Create a Wiki account, we'll verify your WLP entitlement, and you'll have access to the rule library.

1. Added conditions:

* "Buy (Short) at point based Trailing Stop" to "Trailing Stops"
* "Price is higher (lower) by X% than it was at Current Position's Entry Bar" to "Position-Based"
* "OBVM crosses above(below) its Signal Line" to "OBV (On-Balance Volume)"

* Renamed .DJI to ^DJI across External Symbol rules (the former is a Fidelity specific symbol not available since WLP is decommissioned; ^DJI is the Yahoo alternative)
