Converting double to string

What is the name of the function for converting double precision variables to string in WL5?

In WL4.5 it would be FloatToStr.

Also I looked in the Wealthscript Programming Guide and couldn't find the answer. Where would I look for an answer?

An equivalent WealthScript function can't be found.
