Stuck on why the compiler doesn't like this:

Message is: Operator ">" can't be applied to these to types. Do I need to convert one of them? If so, to what?

See DataSeries > Accessing a Single Value from a DataSeries in the WealthScript Language Guide.

Short answer: you need to specify the bar number to access a value of a data series (see below).
