Delay when executing a streaming strategy

Hi,

I live in California. I notice that in stream mode my strategy runs on the 48th second of the minute today.

Does this mean it takes 48 seconds for the Bars for this minute to reach me? I use Fidelity as source.

Where are the Fidelity servers located?

Is there a tool within WL to measure such things?

It sounds like your PC clock is off by these 48 seconds.

Thanks! After synchronizing the PC with Windows time servers the delay is less than a second.
