You may want to revise the text of the disclaimer in the email sent to subscribers. Among other things it says:
"... based on hypothetical performance results which have certain limitations. They do NOT represent actual trading therefore do NOT have financial risk. etc."
No financial risk? This may not be what you intended. The bolding is mine.

In this case, "they" stand for "hypothetical performance results", or "simulations" which does not represent actual trading, and consequently, "they" do not have financial risk.
