Error CS1501 in Rules

When trying to insert a purchase condition in the test, the error appears in the attached image. What is the solution. I searched the forum for answers but I was unsuccessful.

Hi,

Having encountered an error message or an issue, please always check out these pages:

1. Known Errors
2. Open Issues

In particular, this error is resolved by following this procedure:

Open Issues > "Issues when regional settings imply the usage of ',' as the currency/decimal separator."

For our part, we're going to revisit this bug to see if it's possible to nail down the cause of it.
