Hi Eugene!
Please help.
I try to dowload several futures contracts via Finam data provider. Most of them were downloaded as usual. But there are some problems with several contracts.
For an example:
GOLD-3.20(GDH0) => OK
GMKR-3.20(GMH0) => OK
RTS-3.20(RIH0) => Nothing
SI-3.20(SIH0) => Nothing
SI-6.20(SIM0) => Nothing
SI-9.20(SIU0) => OK
Could you check the situation?

Hi Sergey,
1. Please update the Classification Groups in the New DataSet Wizard > Finam to ascertain that it's actual.
2. Open up a chart of the SI futures symbols that fail to update, making sure "All data" is selected.
3. Right click and choose "Reload chart history".
Does the data appear?
If not, go to Finam's website, export the data for symbols in question to files and examine them. Do they contain data?

Actually it's a bug in the data provider. Thanks for the heads-up.

The reason is a change to Classification Groups at Finam website. Its source file is maintained in a very relaxed manner so it doesn't conform to industry standards. The parser couldn't handle yet another novelty in the file, causing "Downloaded bars: 0". As potentially this could lead to a creepy error (wrong symbol data returned) I decided to commit a hotfix.
Please update to v2020.01 from our website's
Extension section or straight from the Extension Manager.
