What's the point in doing that? Exit alerts for positions not owned in your account are not automatically transmitted to the Orders window when Auto-Stage/Auto-Place is enabled.

It's not a standard option to filter out all or some preceding alerts. You can do it, for example, by adding a condition to only let your entries happen after some starting date:
