How long strategy can hold the thread in Strategy Monitor

I plan testing a strategy code runing in daily scale which holds the thread for more than several minutes.
Is it going to be a problem?

I think it's going to be a problem if 1-minute scale strategy holds the thread for more than a minute but I woinder if daily scale strategy has any problem with it.

Can you image any problem to happen if the strategy hold the thread for more than minutes even if new bar is arriving only once a day?
