Can you please point me to some samples to addQuotes/removeQuotes to the quote window ?

Adding quotes to a Quotes window is a Streaming data provider's job. Before pointing you to the API I would like to better understand what you're after. Why do you think you "need to" add quotes to a Quotes window? Isn't the Fidelity streaming provider doing this for you?

Oh, sorry reading my own writing, it wasn't clear... I have done my own scanning and generated a list of symbols I want to look at for tomorrow. Now I want my quote tab to have those symbols (like FB, MSFT). I should have said add quote subscription to the quote window. I don't want to type in those symbols by hand.

Unfortunately, the Quotes window wasn't designed for programmatic access from Strategies. (Neither is the streaming data provider API about adding symbols to the window.)

Not from Strategies, but sure you can add Strategy Alerts to a Quotes tool.
You said that your scan generates a list of symbols... just modify that to create an Alert for each of those symbols. Then, in the Alerts tab, select all the Alerts and click "Monitor in Quotes Windows" from the toolbar.
