How to display the menu with Stream at the right bottom of a strategy script

For unknown reason this bar (Monitor, Optimize, WFO, Net Profit, Chain image, Stream) disappeared in my workspace.
It's the case for all strategies opened or that I will open.
It's related to my workspace because this bar is present in the others workspaces such as Market Data Workspace.

I can't find any option to display it.

Here's the solution to your problem in the Wiki FAQ > Can't optimize a Strategy. What am I missing? As it makes good sense to look for common errors and issues in the Wiki, please don't hesitate to do so. ;)

Thx. I use to look the wiki but I didn't see this one.
