Basically, I will have my WL script read a csv file, go over the list, but will stop at each line of csv file, show me the chart, and wait for me to hit any key then show next chart.

Programmatically? That's unlikely. Using a 3rd party automation tool like AutoIT might work but don't quote me on that.
