I am wondering if wealth-lab could let me import historical 1-minute hang seng (i have the data in excel format) futures data to create an intraday chart?

Yes, Wealth-Lab can do it. Either with the help of our
Excel static provider (if the target file is of XLS/XLSX type), or for CSV/ASCII files, using the built-in
ASCII provider.

At no extra cost, but prior to confirming I'd like to see a sample of your data file to have an idea of how it's organized (file type, data format, if ASCII - is it single instrument per file or multiple instruments in one file).
P.S. On a related note, the
Database provider is also capable of importing ASCII/CSV data but that's more an added bonus.
